Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Poste Italiane or AWS express carrier. All shipments are trackable from website www.poste.it or www.aws.it .

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

If needed to return goods, Marotec sas must give a return number before shipment. Shipment cost for retrns are in charge to customers and if customer have inetntion to send back goods must advice with fax or email Marotec sas within 10 working days after goods has been received.

After recived, Marotec sas can decide to send back money to customer only if goods sent back is in perfect coondition and can be selled another time.
